Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of SEO audit services offered by SPAWNR LLC to business clients (owners, property managers and co-hosts of short-term rentals).

2. Price and payment

The price of the audit is shown excluding VAT (excl. VAT) on the order page. As the service is reserved for businesses, a valid intra-community VAT number is required at payment. Payment is made online, in one go, via our provider Stripe. The service begins after payment is received.

3. Delivery

The audit and the action plan are delivered by email within 3 business days at most from the receipt of the necessary information (in particular the address of the site to be audited) via the order form.

4. Client obligations

The client undertakes to provide accurate information and any access needed to carry out the audit. A delay in providing these elements pushes back the delivery deadline by the same amount.

5. Right of withdrawal

As the service is intended for businesses in the course of their activity (business-to-business sale, B2B), the right of withdrawal provided for consumers does not apply.

6. Personal data

The data provided is used solely to carry out the service, kept in accordance with the GDPR and deleted 28 days after delivery. See our legal notice.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming (United States). Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Wyoming.
